Web store software
Our web store has been developed with software from Taste The Concept. Personal data that you use for the benefit of our services to us are shared with this party.Taste The Concept has access to your data to offer us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Taste The Concept is obliged on the basis of the agreement that we have concluded with them to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Taste The Concept uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and / or stored.
Taste The Concept reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve services.


Web hosting
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Taste The Concept. Taste The Concept processed personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for your own purposes.This party can collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Taste The Concept has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Taste The Concept is obliged to maintain confidentiality on the basis of the agreement.


Regular e-mail traffic
We use the services of Office365 for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.


Payment processors
We use the MultiSafepay platform to handle (part of) the payments in our web store.MultiSafepay processes your name, address and place of residence information and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. MultiSafepay has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. MultiSafepay reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymous) data with third parties in that context. All the aforementioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of MultiSafepay's services for which they engage third parties. MultiSafepay does not store your data any longer than is permitted by law.


Shipping and logistics
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We make use of the services of BPost or DPD for carrying out the deliveries.It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and city details with BPost or DPD. BPost or DPD only uses this data for the performance of the agreement. In the event that BPost or DPD engages subcontractors, BPost or DPD will also make your data available to these parties.


Invoicing and accounting
We use the services of to keep track of our administration and accounting DBFACTw. We share your name, address and place of residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used for administering sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored protected. DBFACTw is required to maintain confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. DBFACTw does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
