Neutracid helps in neutralizing the accumulated excess lactic acid in the muscle tissue and replenishes the alkaline reserves of the blood, so that the pH value of the blood remains at the correct level Accumulation of lactic acid can cause muscle stiffness or even muscle cramps (tying up), which can lead to effective muscle damage. This means that a muscle cannot perform the normal function of contraction and relaxation. A muscle then enters a constant state of spasm (tying up).
